Hey :) I'm looking for a student/tenant to take over my room, the kitchen and bathroom are shared with 2 other women (25,29), very cozy, rent is 525 monthly all incl. and deposit is 1,050. The contract is for at least 6 months, meaning you can stay for longer (unlimited) and also if you want to leave, you can with a 3 month notice period. City registration is possible, The location is great, 3 min walk to the Ubahn, there is a Netto right in front of the building (life saver), Aldi is 9 mins away (walking), bad cannstatt bahnhof is 7 mins...
